Q1:When can I get a detailed offer? 
A1:We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us. For the detailed offer please provide the below information
1. The scale size of the model. For example, 1:50, 1:100, 1:150 or other sizes as request. (For architectural model only)
2. Prepare the pictures, videos or ideas for the model you want. The CAD plan, elevation, section and site planning drawings for the architectural model.
3. 3D rendering or sketch-up drawings.
4. Other special requirements.
5. The resolution of the 3D animation,1920*1080P or 1080*720P? (For 3D Animation)
6. The duration of the 3D animation.(For 3D Animation)

Q2:How long can I expect to get the sample/products? 
A2:Usually, we estimate the production time based on the specific situation of the model.

Q3:What kind of shipping you use?
A3:Consider the volume is huge, sea shipment will be better, so if you want to have an order, you had better send us your order information early.
